Group Show "Artist Travels"

The Win Henstock Gallery invites you to our Artist Travels Group Show.

With travel as their muse, our gallery artists depict their personal journeys throughout France, Italy, England, Germany, the United States and Canada.

May their impressions take you far away from frosty February winds and weather!

Featured artists include: Art Cunanan, Olaf, John Yardley, Bruce Yardley, Ian Bradshaw and Win Henstock.

Solo Ehibition of works by John Joy.

John Joy is one of the most respected plein air painters working in Canada today. For the month of October, Win Henstock Gallery is pleased showcase a diverse selection of his drawings, watercolours, studies and paintings he has created during his successful artistic career of over fifty years, John Joy is one of the founding members of the Canadian Society of Artists and has exhibited widely throughout Canada.

Spring Summer Plein-Air Painting With Artist Win Henstock

Wednesday Afternoons starting May 25 through June 22 - 1 pm to 3:30 pm.

Cost: $150 plus tax. (Payment must be received before the first class which is off-site --- Location t.b.a!)

Join Artist Win Henstock as she leads you through the steps of painting the landscape outdoors (en Plein
Air) at various locations in Oakville.
Capture the light and the landscape like a true Impressionist.

All levels are welcome. Participants must supply their own materials. A materials list can be requested from the gallery.

Spring Art Classes at Win Henstock Gallery!

April 7 to 28, 2011.
4 weeks, Thursday Afternoons from 12.30 pm to 3 pm
$120 + Tax.

Instruction provided by Artist Win Henstock in our upper gallery. Students to provide own materials (oil, acrylic or watercolour) and image to work from. Win will guide you through the steps of creating a dazzling work of art! All skill levels and small class size. Table easles are provided. Limit of 12 participants so act fast! A class material list is available.

Spring Model Sessions Continue!

Sunday Afternoons from 1.30 to 4.30 pm
March 20 & 27 and April 3 &10
$20 + Tax.
Break-time refreshments provided and participants are invited to exhibit works completed
during the Spring Session from April 23 to 30!!!

This no-instruction, clothed model class allows participants to draw or paint the model in our upper gallery. Students provide materials while we supply small standing easles, table easles or a table. A great opportunity to practice your skills and talent!
